Wednesday 23 October 2024, Taxidermist Rick Way (Multiple Dutch Champion Preparator) will give free taxidermy demonstrations all day at deMuseumwinkel.com in Nijmegen.

Mounted animals have long since ceased to be dull and stuffy. The splendour of nature can be seen! Nowadays, every interior features plants, antlers and animal skins.

At deMuseumwinkel.com, you will find mounted butterflies, birds and mammals. Six award-winning preparators and two entomologists work in the studio. As an officially recognised preparation company, they rightfully give animals a second life! All the animals deMuseumwinkel.com works with have died a natural death.

But how does that preparation, or mounting, work? Rick Way will show you! On Wednesday 23 October in the autumn holidays, taxidermist Rick Way will explain. Young and old are welcome to watch and ask questions.
