Have you found a dead bird or has your own bird died? You can contact us to give the animal a second life.
We work with 5 qualified and prize-winning taxidermists. Our taxidermist Rick Way and taxidermist Sophie Kiela are multiple Dutch champion bird taxidermy.
What to do if you find a dead bird?
You can bring the animal directly to us or put the animal temporarily in a plastic bag in the freezer. This keeps it fresh and that benefits the taxidermy process. From January 1, 2017 it is no longer necessary to first go to the police station with the dead animal. We register the animal for you at the RVO and provide the bird with a mark before we start mounting the birds.
Before we start setting up the bird, we always consult with you in which position you want the bird to be mounted. We will of course also advise you on this. There are many possibilities. If you visit our store, we can show you many different stuffed birds as an example.
