Beautiful mounted Azure tit.
Cyanistes cyanus
Origin: Europe
The azure tit is a songbird in the family true tits (Paridae). At about 13 centimetres long, the azure tit is the same size as the better-known great tit (Parus major). Its colour is mostly white with distinctive black head markings running towards the eye. It also has a distinctive tail with blue tint to which it owes its name (cyanus means blue). The wings are greyish black.
