Tonna tessellata is a species of large marine snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Tonnidae. The scientific name of the species was first validly published in 1816 by Lamarck.
Origin: South Africa, Madagascar, the western Pacific Ocean to Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Japan.
